SOTONG MASAK DAKWAT
sotong masak dakwat
recipe by mummy cha
ING
10 squids - clean and keep the ink's pocket
1 onion - slice
1 garlic - chop
3/4 tsp tumeric powder
6 chilis crash - OPTIONAL
1 tbsp oyster sauce
some cooking oil
salt to tasted
METHODS
heat a pan without oil
cook for a minutes squid transfer to another plate & put aside
using the same pan, heat some cooking oil
fry garlic & onion & chili
add squid ink & tumeric
add salt & oyster sauce
then add squids, off the stove
stir till the squids cover with the ink
served hot..
we love this meal!!
try to cook it with spaghetti.. u gonna like it!!
