baked pasta shell with tuna




BAKED PASTA SHELL with tuna
recipe by : baby

ING
1 can of tuna - oil/brine
1 garlic - chop
1 onion - chop/slice
1/2 green bell pepper - cut
1/2 carrot - cut
1 medium brinjal - slice
some cherry tomatoes
salt & blackpepper to taste
200ml cream
500 gm pasta shell - cook according to the packet instruction - put aside

METHODS
pre-heat oven 180'c
heat some olive oil / cooking oil in a pan
fry garlic & onion, add pasta , bell pepper & carrot
then pour in cream , cook to boil add tuna
salt & pepper to taste
add cherry tomatoes
off stove
transfer pasta to baking dish, sprinkle grated cheese (moza & cheddar) - i skip the cheese
bake for 15 min or till cheese melt.
served hot
