fried so -hoon




FRIED SO-HOON
recipe by : mummy cha

ING
1 chicken breast - dice
2 garlic - chop
1/2 onion - chop
a handful green mustards
a handful bean sprouts
**add prawn or squids if desired
300 gm SO-HOON - soak in cold water 1 hour before cooking
5 tbsp chili blend - less it if cant stand spicy
salt & sugar to tasted

METHODS
heat a wok / non stick pan
add some cooking oil, fry garlic and onion till fragrance add chilli blend
add salt & sugar - if necessary add some water
add chicken / shrimp / squids
add SO-HOON - stir well
add green mustard - continuing stir
add bean sprouts and a few dash of sesame oil
off the stove, garnish with spring onion & served
