BAKED MACARONI CHEESE with TUNA

MAC CHEEESEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!
WE LOVING IT!!!


BAKED  MACARONI CHEESE with TUNA
recipe by : mummy sasha

ING
1 stalk of brocoli - cut to bite size
10 to 15 mushroom - slice
1 can tuna in sunflower oil
500 gram macaroni - cook according to packet instruction - put aside
1 onion - slice
2 garlic - chopped fine
some cherry tomatoes
200ml cooking cream
salt and blackpepper to tasted


 METHODS
in a pan heat some olive oil / cooking oil
fry onion and garlic till fragrant
add brocoli and mushroom
add cooked macaroni , stir & add 1 can of tuna together with the sunflower oil
add cooking cream, salt and b/pepper to tasted
add cherry tomatoes & turn off the heat.
preheat oven180'c
transfer macaroni to caserol dishware, sprinkle some cheese (moza + cheddar + parmesan)
baked for 15 mins or less or until the cheese melt.
ready to served.

EGG BANJO

ING
5 buns
5 eggs
grated cheese (moza, cheddar & parmesan)


METHODS
spread some mayo/butter on bun
fried egg - sunny side up
put egg on bun
sprinkle cheese
put the bun in oven (180'c)
bake for 3 to 5 minutes till the cheese melt
then ready to served!!









ENJOY IT WITH SOME HOT CHILI SAUCE!!

BULGOGI

ING
500 gm beef (tenderloin) - slice thin
1 pear - fine grated
1 apple fuji - chunk grated
2 garlic - fine pound
3 stalk spring onion - cut to 1 inch length
1 onion - sliced fine
3 tbs sugar
blackpepper to taste
1/2 cup light soy sauce
3 tbs sesame oil

METHODS
add all the ing in a large bowl - marinated it for 5 hours (better overnight).

**** wrap meat with baby romaine lettuce together with cherry tomato, cucumber & carrot


HOW TO PREPARED
gril the marinated meat
wrap  meat in the baby romaine add some carrot and cucumber
dip in the sauce and enjoy your bulgogi

DIP SAUCE
1 garlic - fine pound
1 teaspoon fine grated ginger
1/2 onion - fined sliced
1 1/2 tbs sugar
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs sesame seeds
1 tbs apple cider
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/2  to 1 tbs chili paste (optional)








 

ENJOY KOREAN MEAL!!

BPB SANDWICH

BPB sandwich is blackpepper beef . u can sub beef with chicken if you dont like beef.
but it always turn great with beef.
let us share this simple recipe with you all...
 


BPB SANDWICH

ING
400gm ground beef
1 packet blackpepper flavour by SERIAJI - add 1 packet with 1/2 cup of water (it became paste)
2 tomatoes diced
1 onion diced
1 carrot grated - optional
1 TBS sweet soy sauce

METHODS
in a pan add ground beef & cook ground beef (without oil)
till it turn coloured. (cooked till the water from beef disolved)
then add the blackpepper flavour paste& sweet soy sauce . cook till it thicken. pls refer to the pic below
add dice onion and tomatoes. turn the heat off and it ready to served on the bun
served roti john together with sliced cheese.
** do not add salt to this meal.

SWEET SOUR EGG TOFU / tofu masam manis

SWEET SOUR EGG TOFU

ING
3 egg tofu - cut to bite size and fried till yellow
1/2 carrot - cut to bite size
8pcs  baby corn - cut to 2
some cauliflower - cut to bite size
1/2 green bell - cut to bite size
1/2 medium pineapple - clean & cut to small size
1/2 onion sliced
2 garlic - fine sliced

SAUCE ING
4 TBS chili sauce
3 TBS tomato ketchup
1 TBS plum sauce
salt & sugar to tasted
1/2 cup of water
*** if the sauce not thicken - dilute 1 tbs corn flour with some water and add to the sauce





HOW TO FRIED EGG TOFU
cut tofu to bite size
cover egg tofu with some corn flour
fry till yellow
put aside till the egg tofu a little bit cold


METHODS
hot some oil in pan
fried onion and garlic till fragrant
add sauce ing.
let the sauce boil add in all the vegetable
tasted the sauce then add egg tofu
off the stove and ready to served.

SALAD TOFU TELUR / EGG TOFU SALAD

salam aidilfitri to all.
this is our new blog. seems the last blog been hacked and we could not even acess to our own account..:(
then my sis decided to made a new blog.

so now enjoy reading our food's story.


 EGG TOFU SALAD

 ING.
3 egg tofu - cut it to bite size and fried them
1 medium size turnip - cut cube
some cherry tomatoes
some green salad (whichever u desired)
1/2 cup of roasted groundnut

 HOW TO FRIED EGG TOFU
cut tofu to bite size
cover egg tofu with some corn flour
fry till yellow
put aside till the egg tofu a little bit cold


SAUCE
1 cup of roasted groundnut - pound fine
5 TBS of blended chili 
2 blended garlic
4 TBS sugar (add more if the sauce still spicy)
salt to taste
as enough water
**cooked them till the sauce thicken
after the sauce thicken than add the nut.



METHODS
in a large bowl add turnip , cherry tomatoes, green salad & some sauce
add in egg tofu and lastly add groundnut for extra crunch.
ready to served.
