pull apart tuna bread



the second bread using the same dough as homemade pizza


roll dough to rectangle shape
spread  the sauce

topping sauce

100ml tomato puree
1/2 onion - chopped fine
1 garlic - chopped fine
1/2 cup water
2 to 3 tbsp mixed herb
1 tomato - diced
salt & sugar to taste

methods
heat pan with some cooking oil
saute garlic and onion till fragrant
add diced tomato
add tomato puree and water
let it cooked, add salt & sugar to tasted
add mixed herb
let the sauce thicken then off fire


spread the filling


the filling
1 can of tuna with mayonis
1 onion - diced
1 tomato - diced
1 bell pepper - diced
salt and blackpepper to tasted
**combine all and ready to spread

then cut vertical to 5 or more part
stack them 

scattered mozzarella cheese
repeat till the cut dough finish stacked


cut to 4 part
and line the dough in the pan
let the dough rise again another 45 mins or less




preheat oven to 170'c
bake for 20 to 25 mins
served hot
