MOZZARELLA ROLLS

we love snack, rainy day make us crave snack isnt it?
love so much with this snack.. with the gooey melting cheese and the sound of the crispy roll
the soft bread...arghhh,,,, a wide smile on your face..

the easy peasy snack that makes your day

all you need is
8 pcs bread
1 egg
a small bowl of bread crumb
mozzarella - cut to the preferable size

 roll the bread

 put mozzarella in the centre and fold

 pinch the edge

press with fork

 dunk in the egg

dust with breadcrumbs
heat pan with lot of oil  deep fry till golden yellow
drained with paper towel, served hot with chili sauce.
