brownies cheesecake



we feeling good!!
teabreak , mom baked brownies cheesecake... yummy to the max!!

brownies cheesecake
recipe by mummy cha

ING
4 egg
1 cup cocoa powder - shifted
1 cup butter - melted (combined butter & sugar till dissolved)
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp nescafe diluted with 2 tbsp of water
2 tsp vanila essence
1 1/2 cup  flour - shifted (combined flour & baking powder)
1 tsp baking powder 


250gm cream cheese
2 yolks
5 tbsp sugar
****combined and whisk all ing well



METHODS
in a bowl - whisk egg
add in cocoa powder, diluted nescafe & vanila essence
add in melted butter & sugar

add in shifted flour
stir well & put aside
pre heat oven 170'c


in a baking tray  line cup liner or grease baking tray with butter
scoop 1 tsp of brownie and cover with 1 tbsp of cheesecream
then another tsp of brownie
repeat process till end.
bake for 15 mins, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Let the brownie cool for 10 minutes in the pan 
then transfer them to a cooling rack to continue cooling, or enjoy warm.

pull apart tuna bread



the second bread using the same dough as homemade pizza


roll dough to rectangle shape
spread  the sauce

topping sauce

ing.
100ml tomato puree
1/2 onion - chopped fine
1 garlic - chopped fine
1/2 cup water
2 to 3 tbsp mixed herb
1 tomato - diced
salt & sugar to taste

methods
heat pan with some cooking oil
saute garlic and onion till fragrant
add diced tomato
add tomato puree and water
let it cooked, add salt & sugar to tasted
add mixed herb
let the sauce thicken then off fire


spread the filling


the filling
1 can of tuna with mayonis
1 onion - diced
1 tomato - diced
1 bell pepper - diced
salt and blackpepper to tasted
**combine all and ready to spread

then cut vertical to 5 or more part
stack them 

scattered mozzarella cheese
repeat till the cut dough finish stacked


cut to 4 part
and line the dough in the pan
let the dough rise again another 45 mins or less




preheat oven to 170'c
bake for 20 to 25 mins
served hot

HOMEMADE PIZZA



finish trial.......
back from school... having lunch & watching 'appa odiga' with mom
this time, cast kid & member making pizza with fresh mozza cheese..
so tempting!! - how i wish to have pizza for dinner!!
after watching the show mom call me to help her in the kitchen
i was so suprised coz mom already knead pizza dough!!
omma jjang!!

mom asked me to prepare the ing for pizza topping
so am slicing tomatoes , onion , bell pepper & chicken sausage.
i'll let the pic talked on my behalf...

with this recipe i have made a pizza
and a pull apart tuna bread.

take pizza dough, roll to the desired shape

today i'm go for square pizza

roll the dough and transfer to the baking tray
spread the sauce, scattered the topping (onion,bell pepper & tomatoes)

be generous with the cheese... omo omo omo.........

ready to bake
pre heat oven 170'c
bake for good 20 to 25 mins

ALHAMDULLILAH... hehehe.. in less than 10 mins me and my sis finish half of it!!!!

'SAMBAL' BRINJAL



mummy loves this dish. mom cooked it for her 'buka puasa'.
mom can stand spicy food. heart u mom!!

'SAMBAL' BRINJAL
recipe : mummy cha

ING
2 tbsp anchovies
1 onion
2 garlic
10 dry chilies
7  cili padi - bird eye chilies (optional)
***blend fine

salt & sugar to tasted
1/4 cup tamarind juice
cooking oil
2 medium brinjal - cut to bite size


METHODS
heat pan with some amount of cooking oil
fry brinjal for a while - let them tender, transfer to a plate and put aside
using the same pan -( reduce some of the cooking oil - left about 3 tbsp)
saute all the blend ingredients.
let the sambal cook then add in tamarind juice
cook till sambal thicken, add salt & sugar to taste.
if the sambal are perfect according to your tasted , then add brinjal
mix well and off the fire.
served with plain white rice... yummy to the max...

PULL APART CINNAMON BREAD




PULL APART CINNAMON BREAD
recipe by : mummy cha



ING
11 gm instant yeast
1/4 cup lukewarm water
1 tbsp sugar
***combine all  & let the yeast rise

50 gm butter - melt
3/4 cup milk - cook for a second till milk lukewarm



1 egg
1/4 cup sugar
***egg and sugar combined - beat lightly


2.5 cup + 1 cup all purpose flour / bread flour




















METHODS
cool down the butter
add milk


add egg


mix well and put aside




















in the bowl , add flour make a well in the center
pour yeast & butter mixture
combine all and start to knead
the dough would be a little sticky

add 1 cup of flour - little by little, knead till the all the stickiness from yr hand or bowl clean
***knead dough to the point the dough come soft and clean surface

put the dough in the bowl let it rise for 45 min to an hour
cover with plastic wrap or kitchen towel

the dough rise after 45 mins
roll dough to rectangle
brush melt butter on the surface


spread cinnamon sugar
***3/4 cup soft brown sugar + 2tbsp sugar & 2 to 3 tbsp of ground cinnamon

cut vertically to 5 or more part

stack them up

cut to 4 parts

line them in the greased pan

let them rise for another hour

pre heat oven to 170'c
bake for 25 to 30 mins.



















let the bread cool and remove pan
brush surface with melt butter
served on the plate.

the rest of the dough i decided to make red bean bun

and a couple of cinnamon twist
