chicken porridge


CHICKEN PORRIDGE
recipe by : mummy cha

ING
1 cup of rice
7 to 8 cups of water
1 garlic
2 onion - roughly chopped
2 chicken breast - dice to bite size
salt & white pepper to taste
1 tbsp of light soy sauce

garnish
spring onion
fried shallot

METHODS
in a pot, add rice and water , cook till the rice turn to porridge
in a pan heat some oil, saute garlic and onion - put aside let it cool & blend garlic and onion with some water
then pour the mixture to the porridge. mix well & let the porridge cook.
addwhite pepper and salt to taste. if the porridge suits yr tastebuds , off the fire.
use the same pan heat some oil and fry chicken breast till tender, add light soy sauce then pour the chicken to the porridge.
stir and ready to served, garnish with some spring onion and fried shallot.
