BULGOGI WITH STICKY RICE

we gonna share this real deal recipe from our mom's blog
it's a sooooooooooooooooo crazy delicious!!

BULGOGI

ING
500 gm beef (tenderloin) - slice thin
1 pear - fine grated
1 apple fuji - chunk grated
2 garlic - fine pound
3 stalk spring onion - cut to 1 inch length
1 onion - sliced fine
3 tbs sugar
blackpepper to taste
1/2 cup light soy sauce
3 tbs sesame oil

METHODS
add all the ing in a large bowl - marinated it for 5 hours (better overnight).

**** wrap meat with baby romaine lettuce together with cherry tomato, cucumber & carrot


HOW TO PREPARED
gril the marinated meat
wrap  meat in the baby romaine add some carrot and cucumber
dip in the sauce and enjoy your bulgogi

DIP SAUCE
1 garlic - fine pound
1 teaspoon fine grated ginger
1/2 onion - fined sliced
1 1/2 tbs sugar
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs sesame seeds
1 tbs apple cider
1/4 cup light soy sauce
1/2  to 1 tbs chili paste (optional)
